Teriyaki London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. London broil
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Pierce meat with fork (both sides) and place in a large food storage bag.
    Mix teriyaki, wine and meat tenderizer in a small bowl.
    Pour contents of mixture into the bag with the meat and allow it to marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
    Cook on grill at medium heat while basting meat with marinade until desired tenderness.
