Coconut Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    12 slices bread
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt margarine and spread on both sides of bread.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Beat together egg and sugar, spread on bread slices.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
