Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 onions, chopped
    3/4 c. celery
    3 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Melt shortening in large pot.
    Add onions and celery; saute. Add meat; cook until browned.
    Add all except beans.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 hours; stir.
    Add beans for last hour of cooking.
