Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. streak, cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 c. onion wedges
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with salt.
    Saute steak in oil in skillet until brown.
    Add pepper and onion wedges.
    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Add mixture of cornstarch, mustard, broth and water.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Makes 4 servings.
