Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. reserved liquid
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into thick slices.
    Cover with water.
    Salt to taste.
    Boil until tender-crisp.
    Drain, saving 2 cups liquid.
