Upside-Down Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    sliced pineapple rings
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pineapple and mix thoroughly. Arrange pineapple rings in well-greased loaf pan.
    Spoon ham mixture over pineapple and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
