Japanese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice, cooked
1/2 lb. bacon
2 or 3 stalks celery
1 small green pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 or 2 cans mushrooms
soy sauce
salt and pepper
Accent
Preparation

Chop bacon fine and fry until crisp in a heavy skillet.
Add green onions (save some green tops).
Add celery and green pepper. Stir until somewhat soft.
Stir this mixture with rice, adding soy sauce, salt, pepper and Accent to taste.
After well stirred, add mushrooms (drained) and green onion tops.
Serves 8.
