Beef Porcupines(Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1 1/2 pounds. ground beef
    1 package Rice a Roni - Beef flavor (put season packet aside)
    1 beaten Egg
    3 cups hot Water
Preparation
    Combine beef, Rice a Roni and egg.
    Mix well.
    Form beef mixture into Meatballs.
    Brown in skillet.
    Combine seasoning packet with 3 Cups of hot water.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Thicken Gravy if desired. Make a day or two ahead - great for busy days!
