Holiday Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. rice
2 cans cream of tomato soup
onion
1 bell pepper
10 to 12 cabbage leaves
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix meat, rice, onion, pepper and soup.
Add spices.
Blanch cabbage leaves.
Place in boiling water for 4 minutes.
Place equal amount of meats in center of cabbage leaves.
Roll and fold ends of cabbage.
Place side by side in heavy pot greased with oil.
Pour soup over rolls and simmer 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook 30 minutes.
