Cucumber Rounds With Smoked Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 seedless English cucumbers
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 oz. smoked salmon
    3 to 4 drops lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut each cucumber into approximately 20 rounds each.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in mixing bowl of food processor. Process until smooth.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Place mixture in pastry sleeve with leaf tip and pipe small amount on each cucumber round. If you don't have a pastry sleeve, just spoon a small amount on each cucumber round.
