Yogurt Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar-free jello in boiling water.
    Put in blender; blend about 1 minute.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
    Add to jello and stir until ice is almost melted.
    Blend in plain yogurt.
    Chill and serve.
    Makes 5 servings.
    Try adding fruit, if desired.
