Wild Rice Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix according to package instructions. Meanwhile, cook onion and celery in kettle until tender.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, wine and curry powder.
    Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
