Peppers And Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red sweet pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2/3 c. chopped, peeled and seeded tomato
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside.
    Add green pepper, red sweet pepper and onion to drippings.
    Cook about 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
