Crawfish Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, slivered
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. crawfish tails with fat
    3/4 c. oil (less if desired)
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large, greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until rice is tender.
