Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked well and crumbled
    1/2 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 envelope Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir ingredients together and pour into casserole.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
