Fruited Bread Pudding(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. toasted whole wheat bread cubes (2 to 3 slices)
1/2 c. Kretschmer wheat germ
1/2 c. mixed dried fruit
low-fat yogurt or milk (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine first 4 ingredients in casserole; gently stir in remaining ingredients except yogurt. Bake on center oven rack 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with yogurt or milk, if desired.
