Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium or 1 large zucchini
    1 onion
    1 small pkg. Longhorn cheese
    1 pkg. crackers
    2 eggs
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, grate zucchini, onion and cheese (or run through food processor).
    Crumble crackers with hands.
    Add eggs and knead mixture.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt if desired. Transfer mixture into greased oblong cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is crispy golden (1 hour).
