Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    flour
    butter or Crisco oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 onion
Preparation
    Season pork chops lightly.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in small amount of butter or Crisco oil.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook in oven until tender.
    Remove foil.
    Dilute one can of cream of mushroom soup.
    Add green peppers and onions, chopped. Return to oven uncovered and simmer 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
