Mom'S Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. seedless raisins
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil the raisins in the water for 5 minutes. Put the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Mix all together and pour over cooked raisin mixture. Add the lemon juice or vinegar.
    Let cool. Put in pie crust.
    Put top crust on. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
