Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/8 c. sugar
    1 c. Longhorn cheese, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake in a long, flat pan at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
