Bean And Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style beans
    1 small can baby peas, drained
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables.
    Mix all other ingredients; heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let stand at least 3 hours.
    Drain before serving.
