Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    8 diced potatoes
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 lb. loaf Velveeta
Preparation
    Simmer first 4 ingredients for about 20 minutes.
    Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta.
    Can put in crock-pot and it will be ready in about 1 hour.
