Baked Pear Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pears
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and core pears; slice.
    In large oven proof frying pan melt 1 Tbsp. butter over medium heat.
    Add pears; sprinkle with suger.
    Cook until tender and golden brown (about 10 minutes). Remove all pears and juice; wipe pan clean.
    Add 2 Tbsp. butter to pan and melt.
    Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon until almost smooth; leave some lumps.
    When butter is hot pour batter into pan.
    Arrange pears in center of batter and any juice.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until puffed and golden brown (15-20 minutes).
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
