Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pan cornbread
4 ripe tomatoes
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. sweet pickles
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Cook cornbread and crumble in a large bowl.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix bell pepper, pickle juice, pickles, onion and mayonnaise and let stand for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Cook bacon and crumble over all.
