Macadamia Chocolate Chip Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco or margarine
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. milk chocolate chips
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg, vanilla and dry ingredients, then add chips and nuts.
    Roll in log.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then slice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes in ungreased cookie sheet.
