German Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can condensed beef broth
salt and pepper to taste (add to beef)
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Make ground beef into balls and mix lightly first 6 ingredients.
Brown slowly on all sides.
Add broth, mushrooms and onions.
Simmer 30 minutes.
