Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 small peas or French-style beans, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Place in large baking dish.
    Sprinkle on package Ritz crackers over top.
    Pour 1 to 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine over top.
    (I use a little less.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
