Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Cook broccoli until almost tender. Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine soups and milk. Add to this mixture the vegetables and all other ingredients.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, covered, then an additional 5 minutes, uncovered.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
