Oven Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 loin pork chops
8 slices lemon (1/4 inch thick)
8 slices onion (1/4 inch thick)
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown 8 loin chops in a skillet, then place in a casserole. Season with salt and pepper.
Top each with a slice of lemon and onion.
Mix brown sugar and tomato sauce.
Pour over chops.
