Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white meat chicken, cut up
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. celery, cut up
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Saute celery in butter.
Mix with remaining ingredients except corn flakes and almonds.
Place in greased casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
