Fudge Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or equivalent amount of Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk and cocoa in top of double boiler; blend, then add sweetener and salt.
    Heat to boiling point, then add vanilla.
    Pour this mixture over the cracker crumbs and mix; shape into two rolls. Roll in small amount of the graham cracker crumbs, reserved from original 3 cups or roll in flaked coconut.
    Chill two hours or overnight, then slice into 1/4-inch slices.
    Nuts and coconut can be added to fudge for variety.
