Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cheese
3 eggs
1/2 pt. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Peel potatoes and grate into bowl. Grate cheese and add to potatoes.
Beat in eggs, milk and seasoning.
Pour into ovenproof dish.
Bake for 40 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Serve hot.
