Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    2 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flour.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in milk, flavoring, coconut and salt.
    Pour in two pie shells and bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
