Cathy'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c.flour
3 eggs
2 c. artificial sugar or 2 1/2 c. sugar *
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; slowly add flour, then nuts, zucchini, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
Bake in loaf pans (greased and floured) in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
