Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil
    salt to taste
    1 large or 2 small cans tomatoes, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 box lasagne noodles
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, drained
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; remove excess fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles; drain. Layer noodles, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, noodles, Mozzarella, noodles, sauce and top with Mozzarella. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Repeat layers if needed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
