Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean fresh pork
    2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. mushroom liquid
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts or mixed vegetables, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drain and reserve liquid
Preparation
    Preheat skillet, uncovered, at 325\u00b0.
    Add ground pork, celery and onions, stir gently and fry until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove excess grease.
    Add salt, brown sugar, pepper and reserved mushroom liquid.
    Stir to combine.
    Cover with vent closed, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
