No-Fail Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. water (for each egg white)
    2 Tbsp. sugar (for each egg white)
    pinch of baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, water, baking powder and salt until frothy. Add sugar gradually until meringue stands in peaks.
    Stir in vanilla.
