Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. cream, half and half, evaporated milk or whole milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Unroll crescent rolls and press on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (glass or metal).
Crumble browned sausage and sprinkle over roll layer.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sausage layer.
(May be covered and refrigerated at this point for later use.)
Combine eggs and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 (400\u00b0 for glass) for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are well set.
Serves 12.
