Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 can water chestnuts
    buttered Ritz crackers for top (about 1 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers.
    Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
