Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams, drained
4 small cloves garlic, chopped small
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs
grated cheese
Preparation

In small saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic.
In 8-inch square baking dish, add all remaining ingredients.
Add butter and garlic and mix well.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
Serve as a spread on crackers.
