Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. grated carrot
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream the sugar and eggs.
Add pineapple and carrots. Sift dry ingredients into this.
Mix. Bake in 2 round greased cake pans for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
