Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 c. chopped broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice and broccoli according to directions on package. Melt cheese in hot rice.
    Add broccoli and soup to rice mixture. Wilt onion and celery in 1 stick of butter.
    Mix all ingredients together; sprinkle bread crumbs on top, if desired, and bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
