Biscotti(Italian Dessert Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Anisette or almond extract
    1/2 c. raisins or slivered almonds
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together, except sugar.
    Cream sugar with butter; add eggs, one at a time, and mix.
    Add extract and raisins.
    Carefully add dry mixture to sugar mixture.
