Vegetable Dish For 6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen vegetables (do not defrost)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drain
    8 oz. sliced Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 lb. melted butter
Preparation
    Layer in a 8 1/2 x 14-inch baking dish:
    frozen vegetables, water chestnuts, cheese, crackers and butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
