Sauteed Squash, Mushrooms And Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. sliced yellow squash
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 clove minced garlic (fresh)
    1/4 regular size onion, sliced
    2 c. diced fresh collard greens
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in skillet.
    Add squash, mushrooms, lemon pepper, garlic and union; saute until tender, then add collard greens and stir-fry until wilted.
    Remove and salt to taste.
