Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can kernel corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 egg
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt to taste (1 tsp.)
Preparation
    Melt butter; beat in egg.
    Mix all other ingredients in.
    Pour into greased cake pan or 2-quart bowl.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
