Nut Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped pecans
Preparation

Make the crust by mixing the margarine, cream cheese and flour.
Make into small balls.
Roll out each ball to line small muffin tins.
Make the filling by beating the eggs, brown sugar, melted margarine and vanilla together.
Sprinkle a few chopped pecans into shells; fill with sugar and egg mixture.
Place a pecan on top, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 250\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
