Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 small can coconut
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
    Add egg yolks and mix well. Add buttermilk, vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites and pour in three 9-inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
