Saltine Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 crushed saltine crackers
    2 c. pecans, cut up
    6 egg whites (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites.
    Add cream of tartar; beat.
    Add sugar; beat until it forms a peak.
    Add crushed crackers, vanilla and pecans. Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
