Helen'S 10-Inch Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin, mashed
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. each: nutmeg and cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. margarine
    1 unbaked deep pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar (brown, if desired)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. toasted pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
    Pour into deep, unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until knife comes out clean, approximately 1 hour or longer.
